Create a new DID

Create DID Number  

  1. Create DID button: Click on Create on DID button.

  2. Country (Drop Down List): Select the country which the advertiser wants to create DID for.

  3. State: Select the relevant state of the country chosen.

  4. City: Select the relevant city of the state chosen.

  5. Area Code: Select the relevant area code.

  6. Number Type: Select the type of number either Toll-free or Local.

  7. DID Number: Select the option if you want a single number or a range of numbers. If the advertiser has chosen a range then enter the range. Advertisers will enter the range and If the advertiser has selected a single option then, the Advance search option will appear.

    1. Advance search: Advertiser can select 3 options

      1. Starts with

      2. Contains

      3. Ends with

    2. Then after selecting one of the above options, enter the number. For eg. (Starts with , 91)

    3. Then hit the Search Number button or cancel to cancel the search.

    4. The there will be listing table which contains following field:

      1. Number: List of numbers.

      2. Location / Rate Center: name of the location/rate center.

      3. Number Type: Type of number.

      4. MRC (Monthly Rate Charges): rate of that number in relevant currency.

      5. Buy button: An Advertiser can buy that number by clicking on the Buy button.

  8. Create button: Click on create and the advertiser will get a message “You will be charged $3 for the DID number” and the DID number will be listed on the number list on Numbers Page.

    1. If there’s no sufficient balance, Advertisers will get the message accordingly and Click on the Add Balance button to add balance to your IHA wallet.

    2. If there’s no number available on the advertiser's search parameter. Advertisers will get a message for that accordingly.


   

















  • Buy Button: Click on Buy and the advertiser will get a message “You will be charged $3 for the DID number”. There will be 3 scenarios after this.



  • If the advertiser has sufficient balance, the amount will be deducted from the IHA account and they will get the message “Congratulations, your DID numbers are successfully added”. Click on Okay button and you will be redirected to the Campaign page.










  • If the advertiser doesn’t have sufficient balance, they will get the message “You don’t have sufficient balance to purchase a DID number”. Click on Add Balance to add money to your IHA account or Click Not Now to cancel the event.



  • If the Platform provider don't have DID number for the selected country then the advertiser will get a message “No coverage found in the specified country based on the provided search parameters”
