Reports ( Live Calls )

Live Call Report  

Advertisers can see the live call report in this module. This module contains the following components:

  1. Auto Refresh: The record of live calls will be auto-refreshed every 11 seconds.

  2. Search Bar:  Advertisers can search with campaign name and termination.

  3. Refresh Button: By clicking on this button, The report will be refreshed.

  4. Add Filter: Advertisers can select the Campaign and target to filter data. Advertisers must choose a campaign first and then target it. (Can select multiple)

  5. Campaign Name: Shows the name of the campaign of the live call.

  6. DID number: Shows the DID number associated with the Campaign.

  7. Target Number: Shows the Target number associated with the Campaign.

  8. Termination: Shows the target of the call.

  9. Caller ID: Shows the caller ID of the target.

  10. Call Status: Shows the status of the call (Connected/Ringing).

  11. Call Duration: Shows the live call duration of the call.

  12. Action

    1. Force Hangup Button: Advertisers can end the live call with this button.
