Live Call Report
Advertisers can see the live call report in this module. This module contains the following components:
Auto Refresh: The record of live calls will be auto-refreshed every 11 seconds.
Search Bar: Advertisers can search with campaign name and termination.
Refresh Button: By clicking on this button, The report will be refreshed.
Add Filter: Advertisers can select the Campaign and target to filter data. Advertisers must choose a campaign first and then target it. (Can select multiple)
Campaign Name: Shows the name of the campaign of the live call.
DID number: Shows the DID number associated with the Campaign.
Target Number: Shows the Target number associated with the Campaign.
Termination: Shows the target of the call.
Caller ID: Shows the caller ID of the target.
Call Status: Shows the status of the call (Connected/Ringing).
Call Duration: Shows the live call duration of the call.
Action
Force Hangup Button: Advertisers can end the live call with this button.
