Setting  

Advertisers can add the money to their IHA account and can change the plan if they want.

 

Add Money  

Advertisers will be shown the wallet balance. They can add money to their wallet.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Amount: Add an amount (Respective Currency) in the amount field.

  2. Click on the Add Money button.

  3. Advertisers will be guided to the Payment Method.


  1. There will be 3 Payment Methods in the Choose Payment Method window.

  1. Razorpay

  2. Wire Transfer

  3. Bitcoin 

 

  1. Choose one payment method and Click on Proceed To Add button.

  2. For Razorpay:

    1. Enter your mobile phone number, Amount (respective currency) and bank details.

    2. Follow the payment process and upload payment documents to the admin.

    3. Once admin verifies that the advertiser can purchase plans accordingly.





  1. For Bitcoin:

    1. Advertisers need to scan the QR code shown on the window and complete the bitcoin payment method there.

    2. Enter the amount and payment documents for verification to the admin.

    3. Once admin verifies that the advertiser can purchase plans accordingly.


  1. If the advertisers have chosen wire transfer for payment, They have to enter the following details.

    1. Bank name

    2. Account number

    3. IFSC Code

    4. Address

    5. Account holder name

  2. And additional details for verification.

    1. The amount transferred in the respective currency

  3. Click on the Submit button to proceed with payment or Click Cancel button to cancel payment.



  1. After every Payment, Advertisers will get a window message like “Please wait until your payment is received by the service provider”.

  • Click on Okay, Got it button to proceed.


  1. If your transaction has failed, Advertisers will get a message that “Service provider has rejected your request for fund transfer”.

  • Click on Back to choose Plan button and you will be redirected to the Choose plan page.



  1. Upon Successful transfer, your plan will be activated.

  • Click on Okay button, Advertisers will be redirected to the dashboard.


  1. Money will be added in advertisers' IHA Wallet.
